My mother is a village woman，who is already in her fifties. She had very little school education，but she knows that knowledge is of great importance to young people.
She often asks me how I get along with my studies and encourages me to study hard.My mother takes good care of me and does everything she can for me，so that I can spend more time on my study.
Once she was badly ill and had stayed in bed for several days. When I got home to see her at night，I found the light was still on and mother was sitting in bed，making new clothes for me ! I was so deeply moved that tears came to my eyes.
Such is my mother，a kind and hard-working woman. I'll respect and love her forever.

我好累啊，天啊！这英语为啥这么难学啊，做个英语作业简直要我老命。我太难了，不就是想好好学个英语嘛，咋就这么困难呢？还是我跟英语水土不服啊，学不好英语？这英语作业最难的就是口语作业了，有时候自我感觉不是很好的时候读的分数反而更高，感觉读的还行的时候又一直是不及格的分数。简直崩溃，我都搞不清楚，这到底是我读的问题，还是手机系统出错了。真的是难以理解，读到怀疑人生啊！
英语作业还有一大把没写完，但是这个英语口语作业都还没完成，重点是完成的一点都不顺利，这直接严重影响到了我继续读下去和写作业的心情。我有那么一瞬间是想要放弃继续读的，但是我不能放弃，求英语善待我一下。我真的好难，对英语我真的是既喜欢又崩溃，喜欢是因为我觉得学会英语很酷，崩溃是因为我的英语口语作业太难完成了，老是读不好。一直读不好我真的是太崩溃了。其实吧，我觉得应该是系统不好的缘故，之前都不会这样一直读一直读都是不及格的分数。即使这样，我还是得顽强的把这些作业给完成，也许这次完成的不会像之前那么好，但是我尽力完成好点。

My grade is just so so, but I'm not worried. My parents always say that I'm lazy. Actually I just like to live in my own way. On the weeekends, I usually sleep until ten o'clock. As a girl in this age, I love shopping and pay more attention to my dresses. I even can go outside and play a whole day and don't feel tired.
I do not only like sleeping but also like eating. Hot and spicy food is my favourite, so I often get pimples.

But more and more people regard it as gift to others and some others buy it to show their wealth, or take it as the symbol of status.
These are the reasons that increase the prices of moon cakes. I think its not a good phenomenon and we should enjoy this tradition or delicious food simply in such a good holiday.

So the students need to be independent in home, to prove they are adults, thus the parents will let them go and have more private space.

保护树木Protect the TreesEach year, people burn or cut down 143,000 square kilometers (55,000 square miles) of the forest. People who burn or cut down trees do it for different reasons: farmers cut down trees in order to get more fertilize lands to grow rice or vegetables, and use the woods as fuel. Timber companies cut down trees and turn them into furniture or paper productions. As to goal miners, they remove the forests to find out whether there are goal underground.每一年，人们都会砍伐14.3万平方千米的森林（约5.5万平方英里）。人们砍伐树木出于种种原因：农民们为了得到更肥沃的`空地来种植大米蔬菜，砍下的树木用来取火。木材公司用树木来制作家具或是各类纸制品。至于那些开采煤矿的人，把树木砍掉就是为了检测是否有煤矿在下面。
However, many of us fail to realize that forests are the lungs of the earth. When we cut down trees, we also push ourselves in to a dangerous situation. That is the global warming. When you come to think about it, there are only few ways to solve these negative effects: stop cutting down trees blindly; try to find some clear energy that can replace oil and coal. Naturalists compare forest to human’s lungs. Forests also play an important role in the prevention of natural disasters. Warmer temperatures cause water to expand and also create more water by melting polar ice caps. That’s to say, the nations which near the ocean may have been flooded by the water. But the forests can prevent water loss and soil erosion, and cool off the global temperatures. Sometimes people only care about money making; they don’t care about the price we pay for the pollution. When the disaster is around the corner, we may be afraid and frustrated. The earth, on which our economies have always been based, is suddenly threatening our existence. All we hope that is this overpopulated, over industrialized planet can carry on for a longer time. These days most adults seem to think that most teenagers spend all of their time playing video games. However, when we surveyed 100 students in our school on the topic of video games, we discovered some interesting results.
According to the survey, playing video games was only chosen as the third favorite leisure activity, with 22 votes. Also we can see the time spent on it varies from boys to girls. Most girls spent between 0 and 2 hours one day while one more hour went for boys on average. It's apparent to show that boys are addicted to it more easily. Finally, as for the students who were interviewed, 47 percent held the view that they spent less time compared with that of last year.
It's a good phenomenon, to some degree, showing that the quality of students' leisure time is improving, though we still need to keep an eye on the future trends.
