尊敬的各位老师,各位评委,以及在坐的各位同学们:
大家好：
今天我演讲的题目是《我爱我校》。
在老师布置这次演讲比赛主题的时候，有的同学对这次演讲比赛就嗤之以鼻：“什么‘爱我校园’演讲比赛，还不是在为学校唱颂歌!”。
可是我只想通过个人的经历与感受，和大家共同思考一个问题学校，值不值得我们热爱?我们，应不应该为我们的学校喝彩?
我是一个农村里长大的孩子，因为中考失利，曾经一度想放弃学业南下打工，想为不是很富裕的家庭增加点经济****。我问过好多哥哥姐姐们，问他们打工好不好玩，钱好不好攒，可他们都给我提了一个相同的建议，那就是要先学好知识和技术，只有那样才可以轻松地攒钱。彷徨与困惑，失意与孤寂，曾经在我心中徘徊很久很久。
所以，经过无数次的选择，我把希望寄托在这里。我想有一个新的生活和塑造一个新的自我。但是，我又非常害怕，因为我既没有惊人的优异成绩，也没有耀眼的荣誉光环，我担心老师看不起我，同学瞧不起我。但后来我发现这里的学生很友好，老师也很和蔼可亲。
课堂上，老师总是能把知识讲得那么的透彻，分析得那么详细，而且有时候有的学生没听明白，老师就会不厌其烦地说上好几遍，直到我们弄懂为止。课后，老师亲切地向我们询问生活的情况，询问我们对学校对老师对班级还有什么其它要求，在那一刻，我感动了，我为我有这样的老师而骄傲，我为自己的正确选择而骄傲。有人把老师比作是辛勤的园丁，今天，我要把我们的老师比作灿烂的太阳，我爱我们的老师，他们使我们懂得了做人的基本道理，传授给了我们丰富的知识，让我们养成了高尚的品德，给了我们最热情的关怀和爱护。

二、针对团日活动会议方面。争取每学期每班至少举办两次团日活动，加大新时期团委工作创新力度，期间将分派新干事到各班上，由他们管理、负责各组考勤、纪律
三、加强推优活动的监督。在每学期选拔优秀团员和入党积极分子的过程中，对每一各班的创先争优工作，都要本着“公平、公正、公开”的原则进行监督。杜绝各种不良行为。
4、 协助系、团、党委教师开展党校相关工作。由部长负责完成。主要负责竣工证书、荣誉证书等。
5、 协助其它部门开展其它活动。
六、参与学校学生会有关工作。听从团委教师的有关安排。
七、部门干事的培养。从各个方面加强我部新干事培养工作。塑造完善组织部。
(二)生活部
1、 和谐的环境，温馨的家，举办“文明宿舍、最佳宿舍、特色宿舍”评比月活动。
2、 一如既往地开展日常工作。作好宿舍卫生检查等与学生生活密切相关的工作。
3、 举办“雷锋学习日”活动，帮助每一个有需要的人，关爱他人，快乐生活。
4、 为了锻炼身体，增进同学间的友谊，我们举办“羽毛球比赛”，锻炼身体，体验运动乐趣。
五、看到校园道路上白色垃圾到处都有，教室垃圾随处可见，特举办"文明大学生，环境卫生不可少"签名活动，让大家重视起来，身体力行，努力做一名合格的高素质大学生。
这只是我的初步计划。如果当选，经领导和学生会同意，将进一步改革创新。

大家好!
今天我演讲的题目是《责任胜于能力》。
什么是责任?责任是一个人份内应该做的事情，是做好应该做好的工作，承担应该承担的任务，完成应该完成的使命。切实履行责任，尽职尽责地对待自己的工作，才能完美展现自身的能力与价值。
所以我要说“责任胜于能力”!下面就从三个方面谈谈我的看法。
一、热爱工作是责任的前提
责任胜于能力的员因是，一个有能力的员工，如果不热爱自己的工作，就不会创造出优秀的业绩。一个愿意负责的人，即使能力有点差，也能做好工作。
曾经在一个电视剧中听到男主人公说过这样一句话，“责任是一种无法选择的目标。”这句话给我印象很深。事的，和同事朋友聊天时，我发现很多人对自己的工作不满意。
对我们来说，大多数人是当初无目的地选择了自己不甚了解的学校和专业，尔后又被动地接受了组织的工作安排，而等自己真正发现了兴趣所在后，那份心仪的工作已经远远离开，终究成为了一个不可触及的梦。因此，在许多人看来，是工作自己选择，而不是根据自己的兴趣和愿望选择工作。在某种程度上，工作只是谋生的一种方式。
而我认为，不管是以一种何样的心态来到这个岗位，也不管是否对自己的工作有兴趣，只要是自己的工作，就应该责无旁贷地去完成，且完成好，这是自己的责任。换句话说，这是一个人自己的事情和一个未选定的目标。
《三分能力七分责任》这本书中也说到，每一名员工都应该尝试热爱自己的工作，即使这份工作不太尽如人意，也要竭尽所能去转变、去热爱它，并凭借这种热爱去激发潜力、塑造自我。事实上，一个人对自己的工作越热爱，工作越负责，工作效率就越高。这时，你会发现工作不再是一项件苦的工作，而是一种乐趣。
有人说，如果你非常热爱工作，你的生活就是天堂；如果你非常讨厌工作，你的生活就是地狱。所以，生活得快不快乐与工作的性质并没有直接的联系，而完全取决于自己本身的态度，为什么不让自己生活得快乐起来呢，为什么不能试着去热爱自己的工作呢，换一种态度对待生活，换一种态度对待工作，你就会发现这份工作也有许多不曾留意的优点。

其次，早恋对中学生的学习影响很大。成千上万的实例告诉我们，沉湎于早恋的同学多数都是沿着“感情直线上升，成绩直线下降”的轨迹运动的。然而，一些渴往或早恋的中学生认为，只要恋爱的两个人志同道合，就不会影响学业。
他们甚至概括出一个所谓“男+女＝两个人的合力”的公式来。大量事实表明，这种观点是幼稚的、混乱的、错误的。这是因为中学生的初恋不仅是阳光明媚的春天，而且是寒冷的冬天。在早恋的河流中，总有波澜和漩涡——初恋的中学生常常遭受嫉妒和失败！
这一切对于涉世不深、意志薄弱、情感易于冲动的中学生本来就是一种“超负荷”运载。在早恋的沉重的几乎要压垮全部稚嫩心灵的超负荷运载下，无心学习，成绩下降，是十分自然的，也是屡见不鲜的。尤其作为九年级的同学，背负着父母的期望，老师的嘱托，学校再次夺取郾城中招成绩冠军的重任，更不能把自己的精力与时间浪费在这没有未来的季节里。
3.早恋有可能导致犯罪 。据有关部门调查结果显示，中学生早早卷入恋爱也会带来社会动荡。
流氓、打架、盗窃等社会现象的发生，很大程度上与学生早恋有关。中学生气盛，不肯轻易吃亏，特别是在女朋友面前，更不愿意丢脸，他们往往会因为对方对女朋友说了一句不礼貌的话，做出了一个**的举动而丧失理智，大打出手，甚至聚众斗殴，以显示自己的本事，以至违法犯罪。另一方面，中学生恋爱还需要有物质上的消费，但他们的经济依赖于父母或他人，自己还不能自立，在从初恋到结婚的一段“马拉松”式的恋爱期间，需要相当的一笔金钱花费。
而家长可以提供一点零花钱，往往不能满足需求。这样一来，中学生容易误入歧途，诱发盗窃、抢劫的念头，最终坐牢。
当然，我们不赞成早恋，但不是拒绝男女交往，男女生之间大可以大大方方、光明磊落的正常交往，因为人和人之间需要正常的交流和沟通。男女生间健康的交往可以帮助男生克服逞强好胜，骄傲自满的不良心理，同时也可以帮助女生克服优柔寡断、脆弱等性格缺点，克服自卑感，树立自信心，建立纯洁的友谊，互相帮助，共同进步。
中国有句古话：久越久越醇。为什么不能让那种单纯的情感在等待的岁月里发酵？
这就象树上的苹果性急的人不等成熟就去采摘，结果只能尝到青涩苹果的苦味，如果耐心等待，当它成为又红又大的苹果时，就能品尝到它的甘甜。我们要用理智、用积极阳光的勤奋，锁住自己未成熟的情感闸门，“情不自禁也应禁”。记住，不要在春天浪费夏天！

长时间的水流必须停止。当长跑结束时，我们不再相信什么东西是不朽的。很长一段时间，我总是在徘徊、彷徨，人生的岔路口上找不到前进的道路，没有能人给予我方向的人，痛苦、忧伤接踵而至。我感慨着，总觉得我的生活因为青春而变得泥泞不堪，因为青春我变得颓废惘然，因为青春我看不见未来。
可是青春不应该只有这些，青春的代名词是澎湃的热血，是洋溢的激情，是努力的拼搏，是无尽的尝试。青春是经得起磨练但经不起消磨。整天郁郁寡欢，眼里只有颓废，这有什么意义？

我有一个和我从小玩到大的哥们，他从小就有一个当军官的梦想，但在xx年第一次参加高考的时候，由于分数太低未能考上军校。结果，在父母的压力下，他终于上了师范。可是在学校上了几个月的课之后，他瞒着家里人去当兵了。
就在xx高考结束后，他打**给**告诉我，他已经被军队的一所军事学院录取了。同样是参加过xx年高考的我的一个同学，由于考了二百多分，想复读，份数太低;想走学校，又走不了好一点的学校。但是他不得不辍学在上海谋生。 经过近两年的努力，现在他已成为一家连锁餐厅的前台经理，月薪超过9000。
所以我们应该知道，年轻人需要勇敢和努力付出。即使最后未能收获我们所要的，但过程的经历就足以让我们去珍藏和记忆了。
青春一生只给我们一次。 青春的时光是一生。也许很多时候我们会觉得累，无助，没有太多的激情。此时此刻，我们会怀疑我们的心是否不在年轻，我们是否已经看透了一切？

we help each other clean the dormitory, go shopping and bargain together, and take part time jobs to supplement our pocket money.
the cynics say we care for nothing other than grades; and we neglect the need for character cultivation. but again, the cynics are wrong.we care deeply for each other, we cherish freedom, we treasure justice, and we seek truth.
last week, thousands of my fellow students had their blood typetested in order to make a contribution for the children who suffer from blood cancer.
as college students, we are adolescents at the critical turning point in our lives. we all face a fundamental choice: cynici** or faith, each will profoundly impact our future, or even the future of ourcountry.
i believe in all my fellow clas**ates. though we are still inexperienced and even a little bit childish. i believe that we have the courage and faith to meet any challenge and take on our responsibilities.

as i begin, i thank president clinton for his service to our nation.
and i thank vice president gore for a contest conducted with spirit and ended with grace.
i am honored and humbled to stand here, where so many of america's leaders have e before me, and so many will follow.
we have a place, all of us, in a long story -- a story we continue, but whose end we will not see. it is the story of a new world that became a friend and liberator of the old, a story of a slave-holding society that became a servant of freedom, the story of a power that went into the world to protect but not possess, to defend but not to conquer.
it is the american story -- a story of flawed and fallible people, united across the generations by grand and enduring ideals.
the grandest of these ideals is an unfolding american promise that everyone belongs, that everyone deserves a chance, that no insignificant person was ever born.
americans are called to enact this promise in our lives and in our laws. and though our nation has sometimes halted, and sometimes delayed, we must follow no other course.
through much of the last century, america's faith in freedom and democracy was a rock in a raging sea. now it is a seed upon the wind, taking root in many nations.
our democratic faith is more than the creed of our country, it is the inborn hope of our humanity, an ideal we carry but do not own, a trust we bear and pass along. and even after nearly 225 years, we have a long way yet to travel.
while many of our citizens prosper, others doubt the promise, even the justice, of our own country. the ambitions of some americans are limited by failing schools and hidden prejudice and the circumstances of their birth. and sometimes our differences run so deep, it seems we share a continent, but not a country.
we do not accept this, and we will not allow it. our unity, our union, is the serious work of leaders and citizens in every generation. and this is my solemn

if we permit our economy to drift and decline, the vulnerable will suffer most.
we must live up to the calling we share. civility is not a tactic or a sentiment. it is the determined choice of trust over cynici**, of munity over chaos.
and this mitment, if we keep it, is a way to shared acplishment.
america, at its best, is also courageous.
our national courage has been clear in times of depression and war, when defending mon dangers defined our mon good. now we must choose if the example of our fathers and mothers will inspire us or condemn us. we must show courage in a time of blessing by confronting problems instead of passing them on to future generations.
together, we will reclaim america's schools, before ignorance and apathy claim more young lives.
we will reform social security and medicare, sparing our children from struggles we have the power to prevent. and we will reduce taxes, to recover the momentum of our economy and reward the effort and enterprise of working americans.
we will build our defenses beyond challenge, lest weakness invite challenge.
we will confront weapons of mass destruction, so that a new century is spare

the enemies of liberty and our country should make no mistake: america remains engaged in the world by history and by choice, shaping a balance of power thatf avors freedom. we will defend our allies and our interests.
we will show purpose without arrogance. we will meet aggression and bad faith with resolve and strength. and to all nations, we will speak for the values that gave our nation birth.
america, at its best, is passionate. in the quiet of american conscience, we know that deep, persistent poverty is unworthy of our nation's promise.
and whatever our views of its cause, we can agree that children at risk are not at fault. abandonment and abuse are not acts of god, they are failures of love.
and the proliferation of prisons, however necessary, is no substitute for hope and order in our souls.
where there is suffering, there is duty. americans in need are not strangers, they are citizens, not problems, but priorities. and all of us are diminished when any are hopeless.
government has great responsibilities for public safety and public health, for civil rights and mon schools. yet passion is the work of a nation, not just a government.
and some needs and hurts are so deep they will only respond to a mentor's touch or a pastor's prayer. church and charity, synagogue and mosque lend our munities their humanity, and they will have an honored place in our plans and in our laws.
many in our country do not know the pain of poverty, but we can listen to those who do.
and i can pledge our nation to a goal: when we see that wounded traveler on
the road to jericho, we will not pass to the other side.
america, at its best, is a place where personal responsibility is valued and
expected.
encouraging responsibility is not a search for scapegoats, it is a call to conscience. and though it requires sacrifice, it brings a deeper fulfillment. we find the fullness of life not only in options, but in mitments.
and we find that children and munity are the mitments that set us free.
our public interest depends on private character, on civic duty and family bonds and basic fairness, on uncounted, unhonored acts of decency which give direction to our freedom.
sometimes in life we are called to do great things. but as a saint of our times has said, every day we are called to do **all things with great love. the most important tasks of a democracy are done by everyone.
i will live and lead by these principles: to advance my convictions with civility, to pursue the public interest with courage, to speak for greater justice and passion, to call for responsibility and try to live it as well.

暑假快到了。每年这个时候，我们将重申我们对游泳安全的认识。但是就是这样仍然有不少学生溺水死亡。近期以来，由于气温日渐升高，一些学生私自下河（塘）游泳、洗澡或到江边戏水、玩耍的现象逐渐增多，导致学生溺水死亡事故接连发生。
同学们：“生命”一个多么鲜活的词语；“安全”一个多么古老的话题；“幸福”一个多么美妙的境界。生命只有在安全中才能永保生机，幸福只有在安全中才能永保魅力。
大家都知道，人类最基本的需求——除了对空气、水、食物的需求外，就是安全了。
生命是何其可贵！有了生命，才有快乐与悲伤；有了生命，才有希望与理想；有了生命，就有了竞争和斗争，世界上最宝贵的东西就是生命，对每个人来说只有一次。所以，有人说：
“生命是宝藏！”，生命是**！”，而我说：
“生命是花朵！”就像春天里绚丽多彩的花朵！然而，有些人容易让生命之花过早凋谢。
去年，哈尔滨市两所学校发生两起恶性事故，造成两名学生死亡；一个学生最近去了一所高中参加活动，不小心撞到了玻璃，割伤了耳朵；宁安泥石流已造成100多名儿童死亡这类事故给校园安全带来了极大威胁。此外，因楼道拥挤造成学生受伤、课间打闹造成划破或骨折、课堂上被铅笔尖扎伤、体育锻炼过程中的意外伤害等等也时有发生。
面对触目惊心的例子，面对血泪交织的悲剧，我们能不感叹和悲伤吗？正因为忽视了安全问题，一个个生命如鲜花瞬间凋谢，给亲朋好友带来沉重打击。屡屡发生的校园伤害案件引起了我们的关注和思考。
做为一名学生，一年的大部分时间是在校园里度过的。在人口密集、地域狭小的特殊环境下，校园安全与我们每一位师生息息相关，也是我们一直关注的关键问题。
